These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of weldeck.com (the "Website") and your purchase of products from Weldeck ("Weldeck", "we", "us"), C-431, GOLDEN I Amrapali Leisure Valley, Plot No. 11, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201318, India. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to buy from us. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Our products

We sell educational digital products: e-books and workbooks in PDF format, including the 30-Day Challenge bundles and the Trading Journal ("Products"). Products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Education only — not investment advice

  • All Products and Website content are for educational purposes only.
  • Weldeck is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. We do not recommend any security, give buy/sell/hold calls, provide tips or signals, or manage money.
  • We do not promise or guarantee any returns. All charts are illustrative or use historical data and do not predict future prices.
  • Trading and investing in securities involve risk, including loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Please consult a SEBI-registered adviser before investing.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not store your card or bank details.
  • We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (the Stop-Loss Guarantee).

7. Licence and intellectual property

  • When you buy a Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own learning.
  • You may not copy, share, resell, upload, publish or distribute the Products or any part of them, in any form.
  • All content on the Website and in the Products, including text, illustrations, designs and the Weldeck name and logo, is owned by Weldeck and protected by Indian copyright and trademark law.
  • If you breach this licence, we may end your access without a refund and take legal action.

8. Community and reminder services

Where we offer optional reminders or community groups (for example, a WhatsApp group for a challenge batch), they are for learning habits only. They never include stock names, tips or buy/sell calls. You can leave at any time.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weldeck is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the Website or Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Weldeck against any claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Products.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when the order was placed.
