This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products sold by Weldeck on weldeck.com, including the 30-Day Challenge bundles and the Trading Journal. All our products are educational e-books (PDF) delivered electronically.
The Stop-Loss Guarantee: 7-day no-questions refund
We want you to buy with confidence. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 7 days of your purchase date with your order number and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.
This guarantee covers your satisfaction with our educational products. It does not cover, and is not linked to, any trading or investment results. Trading involves risk and no book can promise profits.
How to request a refund
Email sales@weldeck.com with the subject line "Refund request" and your order number. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours.
How and when refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet).
- We initiate approved refunds within 2 business days. The amount usually reaches your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the product ends. Please delete any downloaded copies.
After 7 days
Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date are not eligible, except for the payment issues described below.
Cancellations
Our products are delivered instantly after payment, so an order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. You are still fully covered by the 7-day no-questions refund above.
Failed, duplicate or incorrect payments
If money was debited but your order was not confirmed, or you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us with the payment details. We will refund the extra or failed amount to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
